Getting to know Silos through the senses…

SILOS has many herbal qualities, including distinct notes of thyme.

White pepper on the nose is common in tasting notes too.

Alluring pear notes are revealed as SILOS warms in the glass.

Citrus notes such as lemon are particularly evident in the wine .

Almond notes typically appear on the finish.

At times reminiscent of capers, SILOS has an underlying savory or saline quality.
