LÌ QUÌ DÒ wines are packaged in 100% recyclable 3L wine cartons, the equivalent of four (750 mL) bottles.

LÌ QUÌ DÒ Bianco (a white blend of Minutolo and Verdeca) and LÌ QUÌ DÒ Rosso (a chillable red blend of Susumaniello, Ottavianello and Montepulciano grapes) are produced under IGT Puglia protected denomination status.

LÌ QUÌ DÒ wines are the result of the special collaboration between Lasorte Cuadra and UPAL Cantina Sociale di Cisternino, the only surviving cellar cooperative of the Valle d’Itria in Puglia. By employing generational knowledge and agro-ecological practices—free of synthetic agents and pesticides, while using biodiversity-based solutions—this community of 1,000 family farms is ancestrally adept at responding, individually and collectively, to the effects of irregular growing seasons. While these unsung heroes of environmental stewardship are a fading legacy due to the collapse of rural populations, the cooperative movement remains one of the most powerful means for their continuity.
