Preservationist Wines of the Valle d’Itria
STATESIDE INVENTORY FOR REGIONAL PARTNERS
A Direct Source for Select US Markets
Who we are
We make wine in the Valle d’Itria. We import it stateside. We tell the whole story.
Lasorte Cuadra is a micro-producer in Puglia's Valle d'Itria, producing wines from rare native varieties including Verdeca, Bianco d'Alessano, Minutolo and Maresco. We bring our wines to the US market through Terrestoria, our own boutique import house in Salt Lake City. That structure gives our distribution partners direct access to a producer with a hand in every stage, from vineyard to market.
Smarter Architecture for Artisan Wine Imports
Small enough to move decisively. Structured enough to deliver consistently.
For wine distributors, supply chain reliability has never mattered more. Yet the conventional wisdom, that scale equals stability, is being tested. In a stable market, stateside stock is a convenience. In a volatile one, it is a strategic asset. Lasorte Cuadra offers a different model: artisanal scale with end-to-end control, from the vineyard in Puglia to our warehouse in Salt Lake City.
Practical Considerations for Regional Partners
-

Missionary work
The Valle d'Itria lost 88% of its vineyards in the last century. Lasorte Cuadra is among a small handful of producers working to change that—making wine from ancient native varieties in a region most of the world has yet to discover. For like-minded regional partners, the opportunity to introduce this story is still wide open.
-

Price certainty
Our inventory at Terrestoria's Salt Lake City warehouse is already stateside, cleared through US customs and priced without ocean freight exposure or tariff risk. Your cost-per-bottle is locked from the moment we agree on terms. For partners who prefer to import directly from Italy, that option remains fully available. Stateside stock is a convenience, not a condition.
-

Immediate availability
Inventory is stateside and ready to move. Whether you're building a seasonal program, responding to an opportunity, or simply ready to start—we can fulfill when you need it, at the pace your business demands.
-

Flexible Purchasing
As a small producer working directly with our own import house, we can accommodate order sizes that suit your market—without the rigid minimums that larger commercial suppliers require. Start at the right scale and grow from there. That flexibility extends to sourcing: partners can buy stateside FOB from our Utah inventory, import directly from Puglia, or combine both depending on the program.
-

Friction-free tiers
At Lasorte Cuadra, the shortest path from source to shelf is not an aspiration, it is how we are built. No intermediaries, no brand managers, no layers. You work directly with the people who make the wine—faster decisions, greater flexibility and a partner personally invested in the work you do.
-

Wine industry insiders
Roberto Lasorte and Stephanie Cuadra bring decades of combined experience in the international wine trade, with deep roots in the US market and longstanding relationships across the industry. Distribution partnerships in Utah, Massachusetts and New York/New Jersey reflect that foundation—built on trust, mutual respect and years of shared work.
