Epopira Vermouth

Epopira is a white vermouth made in the Valle d'Itria of Puglia, produced in collaboration with Antica Distilleria Quaglia of Castelnuovo Don Bosco. The base wine is Silos — our indigenous field blend of Verdeca, Bianco d'Alessano, Minutolo, and Maresco — fortified and aromatized with a proprietary blend of 23 botanical infusions, each prepared separately in small batches, including thyme, bay leaf, chamomile, rosemary, and Valle d'Itria saffron. The label art, Santi Medici, depicts the physician saints Cosmas and Damian, illustrated by Vanda Focanti. Epopira is produced in two expressions: Dry and Dolce.
